Where Is My Order?

Track your order's progress by inputting the tracking code from your shipping confirmation email. Through the shipping service’s website, you'll be able to track if your order has been shipped – and how many days remain in transit.

NO ORDER NUMBER?

The Order Number is included in your confirmation email – which we send immediately after your order is processed on our website.

  • If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder and other email accounts.
  • If you are unable to find your order number, email us at [email protected] and someone will assist you in locating it.

In the event your item was marked as delivered by the Postal Service, we kindly ask if you can reach out to your local post office.

There may be a chance your item may have prematurely been scanned and marked as delivered.

In the event this happens your item may be delivered a day or two after it was marked.
